Profile
Simin is a passionate and experienced educator and facilitator, with more than 15 years in the Ministry of Education (MOE). She has cultivated a deep understanding of adult learning in education contexts, designing and delivering numerous professional development workshops for teachers. Being trained in Design Thinking, she is able to foster an empowering environment, leveraging on the participants’ self-direction and experience, while remaining sensitive to their needs, pain points and perspectives.
Leveraging LEGO® Serious Play®, Simin helps individuals, teams, and organisations surface hidden insights, build shared metaphors, and co-design concrete next steps. By turning intangible ideas into tangible models, she guides groups to uncover assumptions, align perspectives, and spark innovation.
